The device comprises an air inlet assembly, a water inlet assembly, a mixing assembly, a breaking target pin and a spray assembly, wherein a water and vapor mixing cavity is formed in the hollow interior of the mixing assembly; the outlets of the air inlet assembly and the water inlet assembly both communicate with the mixing cavity of the mixing assembly; an outlet of the mixing assembly communicates with the spray assembly; and part of the breaking target pin is inserted in the mixing assembly in a penetration manner and used for breaking water introduced by the water inlet assembly. According to the two-fluid spray device, the two-fluid internal mixing design is adopted and the water is broken by adopting the breaking target pin, so that water mist sprayed during atomization by utilizing the device is proper and uniform in particle size.
