Abstract

The invention discloses a quick identifying method of Rhizoma corydalis. Aiming at a pair of feature primers of Rhizoma corydalis, quick identifying is performed on Rhizoma corydalis. The quick identifying method includes following steps and conditions: (1), taking total DNA from collected medicinal materials for testing of each lot; (2), taking the feature primers P2 and P4, and adding sterile water for dilution; (3), obtaining an amplification product through PCR (polymerase chain reaction) process; (4), mixing the amplification product with 6xLoading buffer well, dripping a mixture on agarose gel, disposing the agarose gel below an ultraviolet lamp, observing, photographing and storing; (5), wherein pictures show that genuine Rhizoma corydalis has a clear strip between 200 bp and 300 bp, and other counterfeit products do not have the strip at corresponding positions, and female interference does not exist. The method belongs to quick identifying methods and is based on PCR technology to identify Rhizoma corydalis. The method is simple, accurate, high in sensitivity, low in sampling quantity, high in stability, high in detection speed, high in specificity and quite conducive to being applied in quick quality control of Rhizoma corydalis medicinal materials in the pharmaceutical process.
