The invention provides an intelligent alarm control system for a water dispenser. The system comprises a power energy-saving unit, a power circuit unit, an MCU (microcontroller unit), a laser emission unit, a laser receiving unit, an alarm unit and a liquid crystal display unit, wherein the power energy-saving unit supplies power to the MCU through the power circuit unit; the signal output end of the MCU is connected with the signal input ends of the alarm unit, the liquid crystal display unit and the laser emission unit respectively; the laser receiving unit receives a light ray signal from the laser emission unit, and transmits the light ray signal to the signal input end of the MCU. The system achieves work, including intelligent voice alarm, starting and stopping, of the water dispenser, by controlling a laser emitter and a laser receiver, thereby effectively achieving automatic detection of the dangerous water level of the water dispenser for disconnection, and further effectively achieving safety of the water dispenser within the cost acceptable by the majority.
