Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a scheduling signaling configuration method on unauthorized carrier waves, comprising: a base station generating the carrier wave scheduling configuration message of unauthorized carrier waves, wherein the carrier wave scheduling configuration message comprises an uplink scheduling type identifier and a downlink scheduling type identifier; and the base station sending the RRC (Radio Resource Control) signaling carrying the carrier wave scheduling configuration message to user equipment. The embodiment of the invention also discloses a scheduling signaling receiving method on unauthorized carrier waves, a base station and user equipment. According to the invention, the scheduling flexibility and communication system throughput are improved.
