Abstract

The invention discloses energy-saving baking equipment, which comprises a stand, wherein a motor at the bottom of the stand is connected to a material plate at the top of a stand by virtue of a reduction box; a charcoal grilling chamber and a heat recovery chamber are arranged between the motor and the material plate side by side; a furnace is arranged in the charcoal grilling chamber; a heat conduction plate is arranged at the top of the furnace; an exhaust cylinder of the furnace extends out of the stand and heat exchange tubes are coiled outside the furnace; and the input ends and the output ends of the heat exchange tubes are connected to a water tank in the heat recovery chamber. By arranging the furnace and the water tank, high temperature and steam are generated, and in the coordination with the rotating material plate, uniform heating is guaranteed, so that food on the material plate can undergo two processes, namely hot-baking and steaming; by virtue of the high-temperature steam generated from the water tank, water content in the food is maintained, so that the phenomenon that the food becomes carbonized due to water loss at high temperature is avoided; by heating the water tank by virtue of the heat exchange tubes on the periphery of a loop, an effect on saving energy is achieved; and meanwhile, the baking equipment disclosed by the invention also integrates functions of baking and steaming, so that a food processing range is wider.
