Embodiment Construction

[0030] The specific implementation manners of the present invention will be described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0031] Such as figure 1 As shown, the electromyographic detection single frame car has a cushion 11, a support plate 12, and a vehicle frame 13. The support board 12 has a trunk support board 13 and a head support board 14 .

[0032] The mattress 11 is elastic, and there are a plurality of first electrode holes 16 on the mattress 11 . A plurality of second electrode holes (not shown in the figure) corresponding to the first electrode holes 16 are opened on the support plate 12, and an electrode is arranged in each second electrode hole. When the patient presses on the mattress 11, the mattress 11 will be flattened, so as to be close to the electrodes in the second electrode holes.

[0033] The structure of the electrode 20 arranged in the second electrode hole is as figure 2 shown. The electrode 20 includes: an electrode sleeve 21, ...

Abstract

The invention provides a myoelectricity detection stretcher and a myoelectricity detection method. The myoelectricity detection stretcher comprises a support plate and a cushion, wherein the cushion is provided with a plurality of first electrode holes, and the support plate is provided with second electrode holes corresponding to the first electrode holes; an electrode is arranged in each second electrode hole, and each electrode comprises an electrode sleeve, a piston arranged in the electrode sleeve as well as a liquid metal arranged in a cavity formed by the electrode sleeve and the piston; each electrode sleeve comprises a drum part, a neck part and an opening part which are sequentially communicated, and the opening part is in the shape of a horn; the melting point of each liquid metal is 40-50 DEG C, and the liquid metal comprises 7-8 parts by weight of gallium and 2-3 parts by weight of indium; and heating wires are arranged in each piston, and during detection, after the piston is heated by the heating wires and the liquid metal is molten, the piston pushes the liquid metal to the opening part to form a detection electrode head. Because myoelectricity electrodes are added into the stretcher, in the process of conveying a patient by using the stretcher, the myoelectricity detection can be carried out on the patient.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a single-carriage for myoelectricity detection, and also relates to a method for myoelectricity detection, which belongs to the field of medical equipment. Background technique [0002] Electromyography (EMG) is a method of using electronic instruments to record the electrical activity of muscles at rest or contraction, and using electrical stimulation to examine nerve and muscle excitation and conduction functions. [0003] This examination can determine the functional status of peripheral nerves, neurons, neuromuscular junctions, and the muscles themselves. [0004] By measuring the duration and amplitude of the motor unit potential, whether there is spontaneous electrical activity under quiet conditions, and the wave pattern and amplitude of muscle contraction, it is possible to distinguish between neurogenic damage and myogenic damage, and to diagnose acute and chronic damage to the anterior horn of the spinal cord. (such ...
