The invention relates to an air purifier with photooxidation coupling catalytic ozonation functions.The air purifier comprises a shell, a filter module, a photooxidation module and a catalytic ozonation module.The filter module, the photooxidation and the catalytic ozonation module are sequentially arranged from bottom to top.The air purifier has the advantages that particulate matters such as dust in air can be removed by the filter module; the photooxidation module comprises ultraviolet lamps which are core components of the photooxidation module; pollutants can be directly subjected to oxidation and pyrolysis by ozone and free radicals with strong oxidizing properties, the ozone and the free radicals with the strong oxidizing properties are generated by oxygen in the air under the effects of high-energy ultraviolet light with the wavelengths shorter than or equal to 1850 nm, non-degraded pollutants and the ozone are subsequently transmitted into pipelines provided with ultraviolet lamps with the wavelengths shorter than or equal to 254 nm, and partial pollutants and partial ozone are degraded; the catalytic ozonation module comprises catalysts which are core components of the catalytic ozonation module, free radicals with strong oxidizing properties are generated by the ozone under the effects of the catalysts, and the pollutants in the air are thoroughly mineralized to obtain nontoxic and harmless simple inorganic matters such as carbon dioxide and water; the clean air suitable for the human health can be ultimately exhausted into indoor environments by a fan.
