The main raw materials include fly ash, haze powder, attapulgite clay tailings powder, plant fiber powder, nano hollow microspheres, an antifoaming agent, expanded perlite and a lipid waterproof agent; and the main process flow of the production method comprises: material selection, grinding, mixing and stirring, secondary mixing, mould reversing, firing and facing to obtain a finished product. In the invention, the fly ash, haze powder, attapulgite clay tailings powder and plant fiber powder are all waste gas materials, and the edge materials are effectively recycled while environmental pollution is reduced. The production method disclosed by the invention has the following advantages that: the production technology is simple, the adopted materials are environment-friendly, the resources are saved, and the fly ash fired into a board can be processed and recycled; and meanwhile, the recycled haze is effectively utilized, the utilization of waste materials is enhanced, and the obtained board has good waterproof and thermal insulation effects.
