An opening is formed in one side of the tying groove. A winding ring coaxial with the tying groove is arranged on one side of the winding frame. A film roll is connected to the winding ring. A circular ring is arranged at the opening in one side of the winding ring. The edge of the winding ring is clamped through multiple sets of friction wheels connected to the winding frame. The friction wheels are driven by a friction wheel motor. An inductance type transducer sets the stroke for a proximity switch to complete translation motion. A supporting and stretching mechanism is used for supporting and adapting to the nursery stocks with different lengths. According to the machine, screw motion of a film is completed, the film can be wound around a needed product so as to achieve packaging, the semi-automatic packaging effect is achieved, manpower and material resources are reduced, and therefore the production efficiency is improved.
