The bulwark comprises a bulwark body, a water level sensor, a controller, a plurality of channels, filter screen racks, a plurality of electromagnets, waste crushing pieces, permanent magnets and a waste collecting net, wherein the water level sensor is arranged on the front surface of the bulwark body; the controller is arranged in the bulwark body; the channels penetrate through the front surface and the rear surface of the bulwark body; the filter screen racks are arranged in the channels; the electromagnets are arranged on the portions, close to the filter screen racks, of the channel walls; the waste crushing pieces are arranged in the front portions of the channels; the permanent magnets are arranged in the waste crushing pieces; and the waste collecting net is arranged on the rear edges of the channel. A plurality of guiding grooves are formed in the inner walls of the front portions of the channels. The waste crushing pieces are connected with the guiding grooves in a matched mode through sliding blocks.
