The invention discloses a medium diameter speaker diaphragm bonding process which comprises the following steps: s1) buckling and clamping the speaker; S2) processing the surface of the speaker; S3) injecting glue; S4) applying the diaphragm onto the glued surface of the speaker for 15 to 30 minutes; S5) sleeving a press column slowly from the bottom of a clamp tool; S6) pressing the diaphragm by continuing to sleeve the press column until press column reaches the diaphragm; finishing the diaphragm pressing process by utilizing the press column to put the speaker out of the clamp tool; and S7) applying in still which means that the speaker with the clamp tool removed is placed in still for 12 to 24 hours. The process provided in the invention takes into consideration that a reverse action has to be done to remove a clamp tool after the clamp tool is sleeved. In this process, the diaphragm is sleeved from the bottom of the clamp tool and is taken out together with the procedure to take out the speaker; therefore, it becomes unnecessary to arrange for a person to do the diaphragm pressing, shortens the production cycle of speakers, raises work efficiency and optimizes the technologies for diaphragm bonding.
