The compressor comprises a bearing seat, a rotary shaft, a bearing and a sealing component, wherein the bearing seat is provided with a shaft hole; a coolant side and an oil side are separately arranged on two sides of the bearing seat; the surface, facing to the coolant side, of the bearing seat is provided with a matching groove which is separated from the shaft hole; an oil passage is defined in the bearing seat; the oil passage separately communicates with the shaft hole and the matching groove; the rotary shaft is arranged in the shaft hole; the outer peripheral wall, located on the coolant side, of the rotary shaft is provided with a sealing bulge; the bearing is arranged in the shaft hole and sleeves the rotary shaft; the sealing component is located on the coolant side and sleeves the rotary shaft; the sealing component is provided with a matching part and a moving part; the moving part is movably matched in the matching groove; the matching part is located between the sealing bulge and the bearing seat; and the matching part is provided with a sealing surface which can be in surface contact with the sealing bulge.
