By means of measuring the signals of the first to-be-measured cells including a plurality of cells within each measurement interval contained in the timing period, times of measuring the to-be-measured cells are increased, measurement accuracy is improved, moreover, measurement for all the to-be-measured cells is completed within relatively less measurement intervals, and power consumption is reduced.
