The method comprises following steps: feeding breeding geese with fodder preventing goose diseases for 3 times each day and feeding till geese are full each time; injecting 0.5ml of traditional Chinese medicine injection liquid to chest muscles of geese within the age of 1-25 days per day for 3 times, feeding 0.3-0.6g of fodder preventing goose diseases at the same time per day 3 times; feeding fodder preventing goose diseases for geese at the age of more than 25days till slaughtering according to material weight at certain proportion for 3 times per day, wherein fodder preventing goose diseases for geese is prepared by basic fodder, traditional Chinese medicine additives and vatimaim addivties according to weight ratio and the traditional Chinese medicine additives and traditional Chinese medicine injection liquid are prepared by hairyvein agrimony, epimedium, radix bupleuri, isatis roots, Astragalus membranaceus, honeysuckles, folium isatidis, liquorice, hawthorns, atractylodes, jasmine, smoked plums and fructus evodiae according to weight ratio.
