Abstract

The treating system comprises a pre-aeration regulating tank, a mechanical stirring inclined plate settling tank, a secondary aeration biological filter tank and a photocatalytic oxidation device, wherein the secondary biological filter tank comprises a first aeration biological filter tank, a second aeration biological filter tank and an overflow pipe; one end of the overflow pipe is connected with the first aeration biological filter tank, and the other end of the overflow pipe is connected with the second aeration biological filter tank; the photocatalytic oxidation device is connected with the second aeration biological filter tank; the first aeration biological filter tank is higher than the second aeration biological filter tank; the concentration of oxygen in the first aeration biological filter tank is greater than the concentration of oxygen in the second aeration biological filter tank.
