Abstract

The invention discloses a treating system and a treating method for surface treatment industrial wastewater. The treating system comprises a pre-aeration regulating tank, a mechanical stirring inclined plate settling tank, a secondary aeration biological filter tank and a photocatalytic oxidation device, wherein the secondary biological filter tank comprises a first aeration biological filter tank, a second aeration biological filter tank and an overflow pipe; one end of the overflow pipe is connected with the first aeration biological filter tank, and the other end of the overflow pipe is connected with the second aeration biological filter tank; the photocatalytic oxidation device is connected with the second aeration biological filter tank; the first aeration biological filter tank is higher than the second aeration biological filter tank; the concentration of oxygen in the first aeration biological filter tank is greater than the concentration of oxygen in the second aeration biological filter tank. According to the treating system disclosed by the invention, solid sediment containing heavy metal can be removed through stirring and settling of the mechanical stirring inclined plate settling tank, degreased wastewater is subjected to pre-demulsification, and the concentration of the oxygen in the first aeration biological filter tank is enabled to be greater than the concentration of the oxygen in the second aeration biological filter tank by regulating aeration, so that the organic matter oxidation efficiency of the first aeration biological filter tank and the ammonium-nitrogen removing efficiency of the second aeration biological filter tank are increased.
