Abstract

The water-resistant ardealite mould box is prepared from, by weight, 550-650 parts of ardealite, 50-100 parts of cement, 50-100 parts of sulphate aluminum cement, 1-8 parts of a water reducer, 6-15 parts of an activator, 3-10 parts of glass fibers and 300-400 parts of pozzolanic activity mineral materials. The preparation method includes the steps that the components are poured into a stirring vessel according to the weight proportion and mixed and stirred for 3-5 min, then a proper amount of water is prepared, the mixed components are poured into the water and stirred for 30 s, the mixture is poured into a mould and formed, demoulding is carried out after 10 min of standing, an obtained mould box is covered with a plastic film, and the water-resistant ardealite mould box can be obtained after 3 days of wet curing. According to the water-resistant ardealite mould box and the preparation method thereof, the problems that plaster mould boxes do not have water resistance, and the strength of plaster mould boxes and surrounding concrete cement is low are solved, cost is lowered, and the development of the plaster mould box industry is promoted.
