Abstract

The invention relates to a paddy field weeding composition and application thereof. The weeding composition contains three effective components of, by mass, 1 part of orthosulfamuron, 0.6-2.4 parts of oxadiargyl and 5-20 parts of prometryn, and the sum of mass percents of the three effective components ranges from 2% to 75%. Compared with a single dosage or a binary compound composition which has the same effective components, the synergistic effect of the weeding composition is obvious, the weeding spectrum is effectively extended, the dosage of the effective components is reduced simultaneously, and the safety to crops is improved. The weeding composition is suitable for preventing and killing most graminaceous, broadleaf and cyperaceae weeds in a paddy field and specially has the control effect on duckweed, spirogyra, green algae which cause severe damage in paddy field of partial areas, and the weeding composition is safe to rice.
