Abstract

The zero-emission treatment process comprises the following steps: a, pumping out wastewater from a high-salt-content wastewater tank by a wastewater pump; b, carrying out primary treatment on the wastewater by utilizing a filtering device; c, conveying the wastewater subjected to the primary treatment into a salt separation device and carrying out condensation and salt separation on the wastewater; d, conveying the wastewater subjected to the salt separation device into an electrochemical recycling treatment device respectively and treating; after treating through the recycling treatment device, obtaining freshwater; converting salt into acid and alkali; recycling the acid and the alkali into an aluminum oxide washing device for carrying out acid washing and alkali washing, so as to realize recycling economy. The zero-emission treatment process provided by the invention realizes efficient recycling treatment on the high-salt-content wastewater and the treated freshwater is recycled; hydrochloric acid and alkali liquid, produced by the treatment, are recycled respectively, so that a zero-emission aim in a whole treatment process is realized.
