The artificial matrix layer is composed of activated aluminum oxide and activated carbon. The immobilized microorganism balls are put in the immobilized microorganism layer. The immobilized microorganism balls are prepared from activated sludge, activated carbon and metallic nickel. A water outlet pipe is connected into the water collecting pond and connected with the gravel layer of the arsenic contamination treatment well. A filter screen is arranged between the artificial matrix layer and the immobilized microorganism layer.
