Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: 1) performing freeze drying on a wine sample to be detected; 2) adjusting balance of reference gas until the multi-group N2 reference gas nitrogen stable isotope ratio variation is less than 0.006%; 3) adjusting the temperature of an element analyzer reaction tube to a preset temperature, adjusting the carrier gas flow speed to the preset flow velocity, adjusting the oxygen flow velocity to the preset flow velocity, and introducing oxygen to the predetermined time; 4) analyzing the standard substance nitrogen stable isotope ratio until the difference between a mean value of at least three-time measured values and a standard value is delta<15> is less than 0.05%; 5) putting the sample after freeze drying in the step 1) is an element analyzer, analyzing the nitrogen stable isotope ratio according to a standard substance analysis method; and 6) determining whether the wine is the organic wine or not according to the analyzed data and preset threshold.
