Abstract

The invention discloses a technology and device for desalinating seawater by means of slag heat. Two heat exchange channels are arranged in a seawater desalinating device by taking a latest seawater desalinating patented technology as a core according to the characteristic that two heat sources including water vapor and slag-flushing water are generated in steel industry slag-flushing operation. The water vapor with the high temperature enters a water vapor heater arranged on the upper portion of a first-level seawater evaporation tank, is condensed into water and then flows into the slag-flushing water. The slag-flushing water with the low temperature enters a slag-flushing water heating pipe penetrating through all seawater evaporation tanks to achieve heat exchange with seawater reverse flow. The seawater absorbs heat to be separated into fresh water and solid salt, and vast majority of heat is dispersed into the fresh water. Therefore, the novel technology for desalinating the seawater by means of the slag heat is developed. The critical equipment-seawater desalinating device adopts integrated design of an atmospheric distillation and seawater evaporation tank body according to the technology.
