The system and the method are applicable to desorption and enrichment of heavy metals in solutions for scientific study and industrial application; due to generation and decomposition of an aquo-complex, desorption and enrichment of the heavy metal ions of the solutions are achieved; due to adoption of decomposition liquor, desorption of the heavy metal ions is achieved; due to adoption of a residual liquid, enrichment of the heavy metal ions is achieved; the method is relatively high in desorption efficiency and universality, and multiple heavy metal ions can be desorbed simultaneously.
