Abstract

The invention discloses a graphene supported micron-gold core-shell structure and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) obtaining polystyrene microsphere emulsion and adding a modified solution into the polystyrene microsphere emulsion; stirring to obtain surface modified polystyrene microsphere emulsion; (2) obtaining a gel solution of microsphere gold seeds; (3) obtaining a gel solution of polystyrene microspheres with gold shell layers on surfaces; and (4) drying the gel solution of the polystyrene microspheres with the gold shell layers on the surfaces to obtain a powdered sample, and immersing the sample in a tetrahydrofuran solution to form a plurality of layers of graphene on inner walls of the gold shell layers and remove the polystyrene microspheres, and drying to obtain the graphene supported micron-gold core-shell structure. According to the graphene supported micron-gold core-shell structure, the grain diameter of the polystyrene microspheres prepared by an improved mono-dispersion method can be controlled to be 4 microns to 10 microns, and the thickness of the graphene multilayered supported gold shell layers can be controlled to be dozens or hundreds nanometers.
