Embodiment 1

[0025] The sizing process of curtain fabric yarn comprises the steps:

[0026] 1) Put 1 to 2 parts by weight of oil, 2.3 parts by weight of emulsified oil, 1.2 parts by weight of trimethylolpropane, 2.3 parts by weight of polypropylene glycol, and 17 parts by weight of raw starch into 30 parts by weight of deionized water, and stir evenly;

[0027] 2) Add 0.9 parts by weight of polyoxyethylene oleate, 1.8 parts by weight of sulfated castor oil, 0.5 parts by weight of benzotriazole, and 2.1 parts by weight of fumaric acid in turn, and continue to stir until fully mixed evenly to prepare get slurry;

[0028] 3) Immerse the yarn in the size solution for sizing, press off the remaining solution, and dry.

Embodiment 2

[0030] The sizing process of curtain fabric yarn comprises the steps:

[0031] 1) Put 1 part by weight of oil, 2.3 parts by weight of emulsified oil, 1.2 parts by weight of trimethylolpropane, 2.3 parts by weight of polypropylene glycol, and 17 parts by weight of raw starch into 30 parts by weight of deionized water, and stir evenly;

[0032] 2) Add 0.9 parts by weight of polyoxyethylene oleate, 1.8 parts by weight of sulfated castor oil, 0.5 parts by weight of benzotriazole, and 2.1 parts by weight of fumaric acid in turn, and continue to stir until fully mixed evenly to prepare get slurry;

[0033] 3) Immerse the yarn in the size solution for sizing, press off the remaining solution, and dry.

Embodiment 3

[0035] The sizing process of curtain fabric yarn comprises the steps:

[0036] 1) Put 2 parts by weight of oil, 2.3 parts by weight of emulsified oil, 1.2 parts by weight of trimethylolpropane, 2.3 parts by weight of polypropylene glycol, and 17 parts by weight of native starch into 30 parts by weight of deionized water in sequence, and stir evenly;

[0037] 2) Add 0.9 parts by weight of polyoxyethylene oleate, 1.8 parts by weight of sulfated castor oil, 0.5 parts by weight of benzotriazole, and 2.1 parts by weight of fumaric acid in turn, and continue to stir until fully mixed evenly to prepare get slurry;

[0038] 3) Immerse the yarn in the size solution for sizing, press off the remaining solution, and dry.

Abstract

The invention discloses a sizing process for a curtain fabric yarn. The sizing process comprises the following steps: (1) sequentially pouring 1-2 parts by weight of grease, 2.3 parts by weight of emulsified oil, 1.2 parts by weight of trimethylolpropane, 2.3 parts by weight of polypropylene glycol and 17 parts by weight of native starch into 30 parts by weight of deionized water, and stirring uniformly; (2) then sequentially putting 0.9 part by weight of polyethylene glycol monooleate, 1.8 parts by weight of sulfated castor oil, 0.5 part by weight of benzotriazole and 2.1 parts by weight of fumaric acid, continuously stirring to be fully and uniformly mixed to prepare size; and (3) immersing the yarn into the size for sizing, pressing surplus size and drying. Hastiness of yarns after sizing is appressed, the strength is remarkably improved, the wearing resistance is good and the holding performance of the yarn is good.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the sizing process of curtain fabric yarn. Background technique [0002] The warp yarns of fabrics such as cotton, viscose and synthetic fibers mostly pass through sizing before weaving; and the performance of existing sizing liquid needs to be improved. Contents of the invention [0003] The object of the present invention is to provide a sizing process of curtain fabric yarn, after sizing, the hairiness of the yarn fits closely, the strength is significantly improved, the wear resistance is good, and the stretch retention performance of the yarn is good. [0004] In order to achieve the above object, the technical solution of the present invention is to design a kind of sizing process of curtain fabric yarn, comprising the steps: [0005] 1) Put 1 to 2 parts by weight of oil, 2.3 parts by weight of emulsified oil, 1.2 parts by weight of trimethylolpropane, 2.3 parts by weight of polypropylene glycol, and 17 parts b...
