Each sub-cooling system all comprises a compressor, a condenser, wherein the refrigerant output from the compressor is delivered to the condenser, after cooled by the condenser to be conveyed to the refrigerant inlet of the cooling plate and delivered to the compressor through the refrigerant outlet. A temperature sensor is arranged on the cooling plate to collect the temperature signal and send the collected signal to the control board, which controls the operation of two sub-cooling systems.The refrigerant direct cooling system and the control method thereof reduces the system volume, the refrigerant cools the cooling plate directly with rapid cooling speed and high security; due to the adoption of two sub-cooling systems, the cooling system can be a mutual backup; due to the large cooling interval, the minimum capacity of the cooling system is extended downward; high control accuracy has been realized due to the adoption of PID frequency control.
