The assembling device of the mobile terminal comprises a bottom housing bearing the mobile terminal and a bearing table of the battery cap and a pressing head pressing the battery cap and the bottom housing together; a pressing face of the pressing head is opposite to the bearing surface of the bearing table in a parallel manner; the pressing head can perform reciprocating movement relative to the bearing table in a direction perpendicular to the bearing face of the bearing table; when the battery cap is assembled with the bottom housing, the pressing head presses the battery cap and the bottom housing; the battery cap and the bottom housing are maintained parallel; and applied force between sections of the battery cap and the bottom housing is uniform, which prevents the bottom housing from scratching. The assembling device for the mobile terminal is used for assembling the battery cap and the bottom housing for assembling the mobile terminal.
