Abstract

The invention discloses a time and pressure judgment based intelligent detection device for a mobile compression station. A detection device body comprises a pressure sensor and a programmable logic controller. The programmable logic controller is provided with a displayer, and a start button SB1 is connected into the input end of the programmable logic controller. The pressure sensor is mounted in a push plate pipeline of a hydraulic system, and an EMAI04 module of the programmable logic controller is connected into the pressure sensor. The output end of the programmable logic controller is connected with a relay KAM, a relay KS1 and a relay KS2. A contactor KM coil is connected into a normally open contact of the relay KAM through the AC220Vvoltage, and on-off of a motor contactor is controlled. The relay KS1 and the relay KS2 are connected to a solenoid valve coil S1 and a solenoid valve coil S2 correspondingly, and the pushing-out action and the retreating action of a push plate are controlled. According to the time and pressure judgment based intelligent detection device, the fault rate is reduced, and the system stability is guaranteed; and meanwhile, through comparison, calculation and storage on detection values of the pressure sensor, the schedule of the loading capacity of the mobile station is simply and effectively displayed, the burden and work time of field workers are reduced, and the use efficiency of the whole device is ensured.
