Embodiment Construction
[0014] Embodiments of the oil-immersed split reactor of the present invention: as Figure 1-3 As shown, it includes a closed casing, and a coil 3 is arranged in the casing. The housing includes a housing body 1 with an opening facing upwards and a cover plate 6 sealingly connected to the housing body. The housing body 1 is cylindrical as a whole and its housing wall is corrugated. The cover plate 6 is connected to the shell body through a set of bolts 4, the bolts are evenly distributed and the distance is generally 10-15cm, the gap between the bolts 4 and the cover plate 6 is sealed with nitrile rubber to realize the airtightness of the shell. The shell is made of stainless steel, which can effectively shield the magnetic field. The housing has an oil chamber for containing transformer oil, and the coil 3 is located in the oil chamber. When the reactor is used as a finished product, the oil cavity is filled with transformer oil 2, so that the coil is immersed in the oil.
