According to the distributed equalization charge and discharge method and the distributed microgrid structure disclosed by the invention, the current-controlled voltage sources are adopted as virtual impedance and are serially connected in circuits of all the distributed power supplies, and the voltages of connected points are changed, so that charge and discharge current of all lines reaches balance, the problem that individual storage batteries is first aged due to overheavy charge and discharge current is avoided, and the cycle life of the storage battery is more balanced. Compared with the storage battery which is not controlled by adopting the virtual impedance, the storage battery adopting the method disclosed by the invention has the advantage that the cycle life is prolonged by 80 percent.
