Abstract

The biochar processing method includes: according to weight ratio, taking rice straws, rape straws, bamboo joints, saw dust and weeds; smashing the rice straws, rape straws, saw dust and weeds; sectioning the bamboo joints and breaking the same into strips; stirring the mixture by adding hydrochloric acid and evenly stirring the same; pouring the mixture into a mould in an inserting manner, placing the mould in a stove and sealing and heating the same to 700-900DEG C, and keeping warm for 1 hour; after cooling, putting the mixture into a compressor for compression and obtaining biochar after tight compression. Compared with the prior art, the biochar processing method has the advantages that the biochar is made from various kinds of waste straws and is tightly compressed through compression, combustion time of the biochar is increased, storage volume of the biochar is reduced, convenience in use is achieved, and value in popularization and application is realized.
