Abstract

The invention provides a universal multi-channel distributed target echo simulation method and intermediate-frequency system. The method comprises: a Doppler frequency caused by a distributed target geometric center without considering the autogiration characteristic and a radial speed of a radar and time delay caused by a distance are calculated; according to spatial distribution of scattering points of the target, a one-dimensional range image in a radial direction is calculated; a distributed target equivalent angle and orientation vectors are calculated; a target baseband echo signal is determined; rolling of a phase difference that is described by the orientation vector and is caused between channels due to a spatial angle is carried out to obtain target baseband echo signals of all channels; and up-conversion and digital-to-analog conversion are carried out to obtain a multi-channel distributed target intermediate-frequency echo signal. The intermediate-frequency system is an extensible system formed by a high-performance processing circuit having VPX architecture and a plurality of DAC array circuits. The method and the system provided by the invention can be applied to intermediate-frequency echo simulation of a digital array radar; and with adding of a transmitter array and an antenna array, the method and system also can be applied to radio-frequency echo simulation of a semi-physical simulation system.
