Abstract

The invention provides a flexible load dispatching method for improving acceptable capacity of a power distribution network on renewable energy resource. The flexible load dispatching method comprises the steps that (1) a power distribution network side performs short-term power prediction on renewable energy resource electric energy production on the next day by adopting a neural network analysis method; and (2) different optimizing and dispatching methods are adopted according to the magnitude of the renewable energy resource electric energy production on the next day for optimization. By adoption of the flexible load dispatching method, effective consumption and acceptation on the large-scale renewable energy resource can be realized by the power distribution network, so that the acceptable capacity of the power distribution network on the renewable energy resource is enhanced, and benefits are brought to two parties of the power distribution network and a load user.
