Abstract

The invention requests to protect an optimal robust power control method under non-ideal CSI in a two-layer Femtocell network. Under the condition that the channel estimation error is considered and the interference constraints of macro cellular users are satisfied, the total throughput of Femtocell users is maximized by controlling the transmitting power of the Femtocell users. In order to strictly protect the interference constraints of macro cellular users, a Max-Min optimization problem with unlimited constraints is converted into a convex optimization problem with limited constraints based on the idea of robust optimization and a worst criterion mechanism. Based on the optimality conditions of the convex optimization problem, a closed solution of the optimal robust power of Femtocell users is given. The method has the advantage that the method is of low computing complexity and can strictly guarantee the QoS of macro cellular users and improve the throughput of Femtocell users, and is particularly suitable for a two-layer Femtocell network under non-ideal CSI.
