Abstract

The invention relates to a three-stage layering portion premixing combustion chamber by using a main combustion stage fuel oil pre-heating pre-evaporating technology. A head oil gas mixer includes a pre-combustion stage layer, an inner main combustion stage layer and an outer main combustion stage layer; and a corresponding head combustion zone is divided into a pre-combustion zone, an inner main combustion zone and an outer main combustion zone. Fuel oil injected into a main combustion stage inner cyclone air channel via a main combustion stage inner fuel oil injection hole absorbs heat and rapidly evaporates on an outer surface of a pre-combustion stage convergence expansion segment, and enters the inner main combustion zone to be mixed and combusted in the gaseous form. Accordingly, pollutant emission of a staged combustion chamber can be reduced further by using the main combustion stage fuel oil pre-heating pre-evaporating technology and the head three-stage layering zoning combustion technology.
