Abstract

The invention discloses a method for direct regenerating plant of cedrela sinensis leaf. The method includes steps of taking materials, pretreating an explant, disinfecting the surface of the explant, inducing an adventitious bud, multiplying the adventitious bud, elongating the adventitious bud and rooting the adventitious bud. The method has the advantages that (1), the material is convenient to take and rich in source; (2) the regeneration efficiency is high, and the inducing rate of the adventitious bud is up to 88.6% and the rooting rate is up to 94.7%; (3) the regeneration speed is fast and the propagation coefficient is high; moreover, the further enlarged propagation of the aseptic seedling leaf is realized, and important technical support for the rapid propagation and variety improvement of an excellent cedrela sinensis plant is provided; therefore, the method for direct regenerating plant of cedrela sinensis leaf not only provides the technical support for the rapid propagation and scaled production of excellent cedrela sinensis system but also lays a foundation for the variety improvement of cedrela sinensis in the later period.
