Problems solved by technology

However, because electrophoretic deposition deposits materials on the electrode surface, and the electric field strength on the deposition electrode surface in the electrophoretic tank of traditional electrophoretic deposition is the same, it is impossible to realize the control of different formula components, and it is also impossible to realize high-quality materials. Embodiment

[0033] Alumina powder with a particle size of 200nm was added to ethanol to make a suspension, and 0.05% polyethylene glycol was added to the suspension as a surfactant. The mixed suspension was fully stirred and placed in the photoelectric electrophoresis tank 10, and the photoelectrode 11 was irradiated with a visible light source 1 to prepare a high-flux material, and the irradiation time was 20 minutes. There are 10×10 square arrays on the photoelectrode 11, and the size of each point on the array is 0.5×0.5 cm. An optical mask 2 corresponding to the photoelectric module on the photoelectrode 11 is installed between the light source 1 and the photoelectrode 11. The light transmittance at different positions on the mask 2 is different, and the light transmittance varies from 1% to 100%.

[0034] In order to obtain high-throughput materials with different components, the present invention changes the suspension to a zirconia system, and the formulation of the suspension rema...

Abstract

The invention discloses an optically-orientated electrophoresis deposition method for producing high-flux materials. The method includes the steps of 1, adding solid powder with the granularity being 20 nanometers-2 micrometers into an organic solvent to form suspension liquid and adding 0.05-0.5% of surface activating agents into the suspension liquid to obtain mixed suspension liquid; and 2, placing the mixed suspension liquid into a photoelectric electrophoresis tank after the mixed suspension liquid is fully stirred and irradiating a photoelectric electrode of the photoelectric electrophoresis tank through a light source, wherein an optical mask corresponding to a photoelectric module on the photoelectric electrode is assembled between the light source and the photoelectric electrode, the light source changes an induced electric field of the photoelectric module on the photoelectric electrode through the optical mask to carry out electrophoresis deposition, and the high-flux materials are produced after the irradiation time lasts for 0.5-60 minutes. According to the method, the uniformity of the electric field intensity on traditional electrophoresis deposition electrode surfaces is changed, and optically-orientated electrophoresis deposition is realized through the photoelectric effect. The method can be used for producing high flux of various materials of different characteristics and forms.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of high-throughput preparation of materials, in particular to a photo-directional electrophoretic deposition method for high-throughput material preparation. Background technique [0002] The high-throughput preparation of materials is an important part of materials genome engineering and plays a very important role in the development of this field. The fundamental feature of high-throughput preparation of materials is to realize the simultaneous preparation of different formulation components in a certain material preparation process. The current high-throughput preparation technology of materials is limited by the preparation technology itself, and usually can only be used for the preparation of the same type of materials, and cannot play a role in the high-throughput preparation of composites. [0003] Electrophoretic deposition is an important material preparation technology, which can realize the preparation of ...
