Problems solved by technology

The division of these endangered levels is mostly based on field surveys, but it is almost impossible to realize the endangered status of a species through direct investigation and observation, because due to the limitations of human and material resources, etc., it is difficult to conduct a comprehensive survey of the known growth locations of all species Surveys are basically impractical; at the same time, sometimes the distribution range of a species is not known with certainty, especially some hidden or difficult-to-observe species, no matter how thorough the survey is, they cannot be observed or studied. outside the region

Embodiment 1

[0025] Example 1: Assessment of the endangered degree of Paphiopedilum in China

[0026] Paphiopedilum has a very high ornamental value due to its unique flower shape, gorgeous flower color and long-lasting ornamental flowering period. It is one of the most widely cultivated orchids in the world. Due to the destruction of the ecological environment and excessive excavation by people, Paphiopedilum has become one of the most endangered plant species in the world. Many species are on the verge of extinction. Trading is prohibited under Appendix I of the Convention (CITES). China is the distribution center of Paphiopedilum, and there are about 27 species, of which 10 are listed as critically endangered (CR), 15 are listed as endangered (EN), and 2 are listed as vulnerable (VU).

[0037] Example 2: Assessment of the endangered degree of Cypripedium in China

[0038] Cypripedium, there are about 51 species and 2 varieties in the world, mainly distributed in temperate regions such as East Asia, North America, Europe and subtropical mountains. my country is the distribution center of Cypripedium plants. There are 35 species recorded in the Flora of China 2 variants, some new species have been discovered in recent years, many of which are endemic in the world. In China, 5 species of Cypedium have been listed as Critically Endangered (CR), 19 species have been listed as Endangered Species (EN), and 7 species have been listed as Vulnerable Species (VU). NE), and 4 other species have not been evaluated (LC).

Abstract

The invention discloses an orchid endangered state estimation method. The method comprises the following steps of: collecting specimen data of orchid target genuses; respectively substituting the specimen data into a Solow equation: P=(tn / T) (n-1), an apparent rate equation: P=(1-(n / tn) (T-tn), and a Robinson and Wheelock equation: P=(tn-tn-1) / (T-tn-1); respectively calculating endangered degrees P of the orchid target genuses; and solving an average value of the three endangered degrees P, wherein the orchids are more endangered if the average value is smaller, n is the number of specimens and is greater than or equal to 3, T is the number of total years from the first recording to the estimation, tn is the number of total years from the last recording to the first recording, and tn-1 is the number of total years from the second last recording to the first recording. According to the method disclosed by the invention, three mathematic models and specimen data in a herbarium are utilized to estimate the endangered states of the orchids; and the adopted mathematic models consider the starting time and ending time of the specimen data and the acquisition frequencies of the specimens, so that the method has relatively strong scientificity and adaptability, and can provide basis for the final estimation of the endangered states of the orchids.

Description

[0001] Technical field: [0002] The invention belongs to the field of plant protection biology, and in particular relates to a method for evaluating the endangered state of orchid plants. [0003] Background technique: [0004] Orchidaceae is one of the largest families of angiosperms in the world, with about 800 genera and 30,000-35,000 native species. Orchidaceae plants have very high ornamental value due to their unique flower shape, gorgeous flower color and long-lasting ornamental flowering period, and are the most widely cultivated flowers in the world. Due to the destruction of the ecological environment and its excessive excavation, it has become one of the most endangered plant species in the world. Many species are endangered. All wild species are listed in the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora. (CITES) Appendix II and the trade is prohibited, and all species of the genus Paphiopedilum and the genus Paphiopedilum are inc...
