The lead-free aviation gasoline contains components as follows: A) 55wt%-90wt% of alkylation unit oil, B) 5wt%-15wt% of pentane component oil, C) 0-20wt% of C7 aromatic component oil, D) 0-15wt% of cumene and E) 0-15wt% of an alkyl ether antiknock agent, wherein the alkylation unit oil is prepared from a reaction product distillate C4 obtained through alkylation of 1-butene and / or 2-butene and iso-butane as well as light components shown in the specification; the content of arylamine compounds in the lead-free aviation gasoline does not exceed 0.5wt%, and further, the lead-free aviation gasoline contains lead which does not exceed 0.01 g / L and contains at least one of the component C and the component D.
