The system comprises two transformers which both employ three-phase three-winding step-down transformers of a 120MVA duplex winding mode, the transformers form the power voltage with a 220kv voltage grade and the secondary voltage with 110kv voltage grade and the secondary voltage with the 35kv voltage grade, the 220kv line supplies power to the transformers through two load lines, four outgoing lines are arranged, 6 110kv bus outgoing lines are arranged at the middle voltage side, and 10 35kv bus outgoing lines are arranged at the lower voltage side. The 220kv bus and the 110kv bus both employ double-bus wiring modes, and the 35kv bus employs a single bus section wiring mode.
