preparation example Construction

[0028] The present invention also provides a preparation method of the above composition, that is, a preparation method of the composition extract, and the preparation method is a distillation method. Specifically, the preparation method of the composition of the present invention includes:

[0029] After pulverizing Sophora sophora, castor plant, bitter bark vine, plantago and chamaejasma chamaejasme, sequentially sterilizing and drying, then soaking and distilling with ethanol aqueous solution as extracting solution, and collecting distillate to obtain the composition.

[0030] In the above process of preparing the composition, the applicant firstly washes Sophora sophora, castor plant, bitter bark vine, plantain and chamaejasma separately, crushes them into 100 meshes, and then dries them. The sterilization method is preferably radiation sterilization.

[0031] After sterilization, the applicant dried the sterilized herbs. In an embodiment, the drying temperature is prefe...

Embodiment 1

[0039] The preparation of embodiment 1 extract

[0040] Preparation: Wash and crush fresh bitter beans, castor oil, bitter bark vine, plantain and chamaejasma separately into 100 meshes and dry for later use;

[0041] Proportion: Mix 300g of dried bitter beans, 200g of castor, 300g of bitter bark vine, 100g of plantago, and 100g of chamaejasma;

[0042] Sterilization: irradiation sterilization;

[0043] Mixing: heat and dry at 50-70°C for 2-3 hours to form a composition;

[0044] Distillation: put the composition in a distillation device, add 25kg of ethanol aqueous solution with a volume fraction of 40% ethanol, soak for 3 hours, then distill at 80-120° C. for 2-5 hours, collect the distillate to be the extract.

Embodiment 2

[0045] The preparation of embodiment 2 extract

[0046] Preparation: Wash and crush fresh bitter beans, castor oil, bitter bark vine, plantain and chamaejasma separately into 100 meshes, and then dry them for later use;

[0047] Proportion: Mix 350g of dried bitter beans, 150g of castor, 250g of bitter bark vine, 120g of plantago, and 80g of chamaejamas;

[0048] Sterilization: irradiation sterilization;

[0049] Mixing: heat and dry at 50-70°C for 2-3 hours to form a composition;

[0050] Distillation: put the composition in a distillation device, add 23.75kg of ethanol aqueous solution with a volume fraction of 40% ethanol, soak for 3 hours, then distill at 80-120° C. for 2-5 hours, and collect the distillate as an extract.

Abstract

The invention provides a composition, prepared from 25-35 parts by weight of herb and seed of foxtail-like sophora, 15-25 parts by weight of castor bean leaf and root, 25-35 parts by weight of bitter skin cane, 8-12 parts by weight of herb and seed of Asiatic plantain, and 8-12 parts by weight of Chinese stellera root or fischer euphorbia root; application of the composition is also provided; a product for preventing and treating diseases in grafted citrus branches is provided. By adding the above herbs and controlling their contents, disease reduction for grafted citrus branches is increased. Experimental results show that the extract of the composition provided herein provides a decrease of 85% in citrus blue mold, a decrease of 87% in citrus brown blotch, a decrease of 65% in citrus canker and a decrease of 75% in citrus anthracnose as compared to a control.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of fruit tree diseases, in particular to a composition and its application in preventing and treating diseases of citrus grafted branches. Background technique [0002] Grafting is an important means of breeding citrus seedlings, and the quality of seedlings directly affects the healthy development of the citrus industry. At present, the production of citrus seedlings in my country is still relatively chaotic. In order to save costs, the seedling cultivation cycle is shortened and procedures are simplified, resulting in poor quality of seedlings. [0003] After citrus grafting, it is necessary to prevent and control various diseases, otherwise it will affect the growth of citrus seedlings, and then affect the yield of citrus. Diseases of citrus grafted branches mainly include citrus penicillium, brown spot, green mold, citrus canker, anthracnose, and of course black heart and scab. At present, the producti...
