Embodiment Construction

[0022] The method for detecting inorganic mercury and organic mercury in water by solid-phase extraction-mercury measuring method comprises the following steps:

[0023] 1) pH adjustment of water samples: measure 50mL of water samples, add nitric acid to adjust the pH to 2-5, and the nitric acid used is electronic pure nitric acid;

[0024] 2) Solid-phase extraction enrichment and concentration of water samples after pH adjustment: activate the solid-phase extraction column with 5mL methanol and 10mL deionized water respectively, the flow rate is 5mL / min, the solid-phase extraction column used is a mercapto SPE cartridge, and the specification is 6cc / 500mg; after activation, the water sample with pH adjusted to 5 passes through the solid phase extraction column at a flow rate of 3mL / min, and the effluent A is collected for testing; then the solid phase extraction column is dried for 30min, and finally the solid phase extraction column is eluted with 5m methanol , the flow rate...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting inorganic mercury and organic mercury in water by a solid-phase extraction-mercury analyzer and belongs to the technical field of environment detection. The method comprises the following steps: 1) regulating the pH (Potential of Hydrogen) of a water sample; 2) after adjusting the pH, carrying out solid-phase extraction and enrichment on the water sample; 3) detecting by utilizing a mercury analyzer; and 4) analyzing a result. The method for detecting inorganic mercury and organic mercury in water by the solid-phase extraction-mercury analyzer is simple, convenient and rapid to operate, high in sensitivity and good in selectivity; the use amount of an organic solvent is less, and a toxic reagent is not used; and the sensitivity and the selectivity on mercury with different shapes can still keep a relatively good level. The quality accuracy of inorganic mercury and organic mercury is smaller than 0.1ppb, the detection limit is 0.01mu g / L-10mu g / L, and the fortified recovery is 90%-100%.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of environmental detection, in particular to a method for detecting inorganic mercury and organic mercury in water by a solid-phase extraction-mercury detector. Background technique [0002] Most of the mercury emitted by human production activities in the world comes from the combustion of coal and other fuels. Mercury is widely distributed in nature in various forms, including organic mercury and inorganic mercury. Organic mercury is more toxic than inorganic mercury because of its lipophilicity and biomagnification effect. It is not enough to measure the total concentration of mercury in a sample, but also to distinguish organic mercury from inorganic mercury, so the speciation analysis of mercury is of great significance in environmental science. [0003] As far as the determination method is concerned, the speciation analysis of mercury is much more difficult than the total determination of mercury, a...
