The non-electroplated PC/ABS alloy material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 40 to 65 parts of PC resin, 25 to 45 parts of high rubber powder masterbatch, 10 to 25 parts of SAN (Styrene-acrylonitrile) resin, 0.1 to 1 part of antioxidant and 0.1 to 1 part of lubricant, wherein the high rubber powder masterbatch is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30 to 50 parts of PC resin, 30 to 50 parts of ABS high rubber powder, 10 to 30 parts of compatibilizer, 0.1 to 0.5 part of initiator, 0.1 to 1 part of the antioxidant and 0.1 to 1 part of the lubricant.
