Abstract

The water-based long-effect anti-corrosion paint is prepared from 10 to 20 parts of styrene-acrylate emulsion, 5.0 to 30 parts of acrylic copolymer emulsion, 10 to 30 parts of self-crosslinking acrylic acid co-polymer emulsion, 1.0 to 5.0 parts of DOP, 0.5 to 10.0 parts of organic zinc complex compounds, 1.0 to 5.0 parts of zinc molybdate, 10 to 20 parts of bisphenol F epoxy resin, 5.0 to 15 parts of oxidized acrylic ester, 1.0 to 5.0 parts of ammonium persulfate, 0.5 to 3.0 parts of hyperbranched polyether-polyester resin, 0.5 to 3.0 parts of ketimine and 10 to 80.0 parts of golden red titanium pigment. The paint has the advantages that the substrate surface attachment force is good; the coated paint layer has good waterproof and dampproof performance; the adaptability to the deformation stress of a steel component is good; the strong weather resistant performance is realized; the anti-corrosion performance of the paint is integrally good.
