The latex tube is provided with a one-way valve; the upper portion of the primary fluid reservoir is provided with a first inlet, the bottom of the primary fluid reservoir is provided with a first outlet, a first valve is arranged in the first outlet, and a vent is arranged on the primary fluid reservoir; the opening of the secondary fluid reservoir is provided with a reservoir cover, a second inlet is arranged in the reservoir cover, and the lower portion of the secondary fluid reservoir is provided with a second outlet; the latex tube is connected with the bladder of a patient, the outlet of the latex tube is connected with the first inlet, the first outlet is connected with the second inlet, and the second outlet is provided with a second valve.
