Abstract

The clamp comprises a clamp body, a large end overlapping assembly, a supporting seat assembly, a large end gasket ring assembly, a small end overlapping assembly, a small end gasket ring assembly and a positioning seat assembly; the clamp is mounted on a machine tool work table with a horizontal machining centre; a connecting rod body and a connecting rod cover are clamped and adjusted at one time; when the connecting rod body and the connecting rod cover are clamped, the connecting rod body and the connecting rod cover are respectively and closely pressed against the lower positioning surface and the upper positioning surface of the positioning seat assembly, so that the centre line of the connecting rod body and the centre line of the connecting rod cover are dislocated for half a tooth; meanwhile, the connecting rod body and the connecting rod cover are tightly pressed against the side surface of the supporting seat assembly so as to cancel cutting force; then, combined machining of a connecting rod centre parting connecting surface, a connecting hole and a connecting tooth is completed through two rotary stations of the machine tool work table.
