The tubular shell and the rotating shaft are coaxially arranged. An inner layer and a sandwich layer of the tubular shell communicate with each other at the bottom end of the tubular shell. The bottom of the tubular shell is provided with an opening communicating with the external environment. An enclosure of the tubular shell communicates with a water outlet. The inner layer of the tubular shell serves as a water inlet pipe, water at the bottom of the tubular shell can enter the sandwich layer, and the water in the sandwich layer can be discharged out of the water outlet after being accumulated to a certain height. On the basis that the set lift is not influenced, the single-pipe-type design replaces a double-pipe-type design, the pipeline radial area is greatly decreased, and accordingly space occupation of the fused salt submerged pump is reduced; and meanwhile the working efficiency is improved.
