The system includes the robot, an accommodation road, emergency shelters, a plurality of monitoring devices and a plurality of wireless industrial devices, wherein the robot carries an X-ray detection device; the accommodation road arranged among the devices to be detected in a surrounding mode is an enclosed route for the robot to walk on; the monitoring devices are arranged at the two sides of the accommodation road and used for monitoring the working conditions of the robot; the wireless industrial devices are arranged in an enclosed area which is surrounded by the accommodation road; each wireless industrial device is in communication connection with a background server and the robot; the emergency shelters are arranged in the enclosed area which is surrounded by the accommodation road and are communicated with the passing route of the accommodation road.
