The system can monitor road conditions in real time, and realizes intelligent traffic management, thereby reducing work pressure of a traffic management department and facilitating management of city roads; meanwhile, overspeed conditions of vehicles can be monitored and fed back to a supervision department in real time; and the system has good economic and social benefits.
