Abstract

The invention relates to a degradable polyurethane foam fertilizer and a preparation method thereof. The degradable polyurethane foam fertilizer is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: a component A: 80-90 parts of polyether glycol DEP-505S, 10-20 parts of polyether glycol EDE-28, 0.5-0.9 part of foam stabilizer, 1.0-3.0 parts of crosslinking agent ethylene glycol and 10-25 parts of isocyanate TDI-80; a component B: konjaku flour and urea; and a component C: water. According to the invention, the high-dissolution-rate urea having the low-density foam carrier and the low-content konjaku flour is synthesized. Meanwhile, the degradable polyurethane foam fertilizer is simple in processing technique and high in production efficiency. By controlling the density of the polyurethane foam and the konjaku flour, the release of the urea can be obviously controlled; meanwhile, the konjaku flour can obviously degrade the polyurethane foam; and the preparation method is simple and easy to implement.
