Problems solved by technology

Compared with the dielectric patch antenna, the metal patch antenna has conductor loss, so the filter antenna based on the dielectric patch is helpful to improve the efficiency of the filter antenna, but the dielectric patch antenna reported so far can only achieve the radiation performance of the antenna and cannot achieve filter function
[0003] Most existing filter antenna designs always have a non-radiating resonator, which reduces the overall efficiency of the antenna and therefore reduces the gain
The filter antenna composed of the antenna itself, because of the conductor loss caused by the metal patch, the antenna efficiency is lower than that of the filter antenna realized in the form of a dielectric sheet.

Abstract

The invention relates to a dielectric sheet-based filter antenna and a microwave communication system. The antenna comprises a first dielectric substrate, a second dielectric substrate, a circular first dielectric sheet, a circular supporting dielectric and a circular second dielectric sheet which are stacked sequentially from bottom to top; a metal grounding layer is arranged between the first dielectric substrate and the second dielectric substrate; the lower surface of the first dielectric substrate is provided with a feed structure; the feed structure is a microstrip feeder loaded with an open-circuit branch; a coupling window is formed in the metal grounding layer; through holes passing through the first dielectric substrate, the metal grounding layer, the second dielectric substrate, the first dielectric sheet, the supporting dielectric and the second dielectric sheet are formed in the antenna; and the through holes are used for assembling and fixing the antenna. With the dielectric sheet-based filter antenna and the microwave communication system of the invention adopted, on the one hand, the problem of antenna gain reduction due to a nonradiative resonator can be solved, and on the other hand, the dielectric sheet-based filter antenna has higher efficiency compared with a metal patch design, and therefore, technical gaps in filter antennas realized based on dielectric sheets are filled.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of microwave communication, in particular to a filter antenna based on a dielectric sheet and a microwave communication system. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of wireless communication systems, the collaborative design of antennas and radio frequency devices can not only reduce the size of the entire device, but also greatly improve the performance of the antenna, so the collaborative design of antennas and radio frequency devices is becoming more and more important. During the development of radio frequency systems, some techniques for the co-design of filters and antennas have emerged, but the overall gain of the antenna will decrease due to the existence of non-radiating resonators. In order to solve this problem, the filtering effect formed by the structure of the antenna itself is beneficial to reduce the non-radiation loss of the filtering antenna. Currently, such designs are based on m...
